Our no-quibble money back guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you're not, for any reason, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

How to return an order

1. Email us at aidan.c.murphy@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return it.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, packaged so that it arrives safely.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund the price of the item and any standard delivery charge you paid. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or of you sending us proof that you've posted it.

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. We may reduce a refund if an item comes back damaged through handling beyond what's needed to inspect it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we'll cover the cost of the return.

Lifetime warranty

All Thetford Design products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in normal household use. If a product fails because of a defect, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
