Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use thetforddesign.com or buy from Thetford Design ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. You can contact us at aidan.c.murphy@gmail.com.

Ordering

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we send your order. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or was priced incorrectly, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.

You must be 18 or over to order from us.

Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and sizes and weights are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Any delivery times we give are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date, you can cancel it for a full refund. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our no-quibble money back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, tell us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Lifetime warranty

All our products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in normal household use. If a product fails because of a defect, we'll replace it or refund you. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. Otherwise, we're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, and we're not responsible for business losses, as we sell products for domestic and private use only.

Using this website

The content of this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission. You must not misuse the site, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it or interfering with how it works.

Your personal information

We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
